To comply with the Area Approval, right hand circuits were initiated to increase safety and remain within the property boundaries. This was published in the rules six months earlier along with an inflight video flying around the new course
One month out a number of competitors refused to enter unless the circuit direction was changed. Event handed over to Large Scale Racing Club. Which cancelled due to an unfavourable weather forecast. Conditions proved to be quite okay

2013 - Instead of waiting for the event to pay for a 240 volt generator, club members, who no longer wanted to pay for their own petrol recharging their big LiPo batteries, knifed the President, purchased the generator and the event was lost
